Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- A valid certificate in Grain Grading and Grain Fumigation (compulsory)
- Previous experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the flow of grain
- Ensure ongoing grain protection through fumigation, as instructed by a supervisor
- Monitor grain tube temperatures and report any abnormalities
- Measure grain tubes in line with company policy and safety standards
- Operate the silo strictly according to VKB Group policies and regulations
