Key Responsibilities
✔️ Orders Processing
- Print order sheets
- Capture orders from authorized personnel
✔️ Invoice / GRV Capturing
- Match invoices to relevant orders
- Accurately capture invoice details
- Verify data & ensure compliance with store policies
- File documents meticulously
✔️ Pricing & Point of Sale Maintenance
- Print labels and posters
- Conduct price checks and updates
- Update PLUs and attend to related queries
✔️ Claims & Promotions Processing
- Capture all claims with correct documentation
- Download and process promotions, promotional pricing, and reports
✔️ Stock & Transfers
- Record inter-category transfers and waste transfers
- Assist with stock take activities
- Load new items per company standards
✔️ General Administration & Support
- Manage store documentation
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Scan and file departmental documents
- Multi-skilling across admin functions
Minimum Requirements
✔️ Education:
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
✔️ Experience:
- Retail and GRV Clerk experience is advantageous
✔️ Skills & Attributes:
- Computer literacy
- High integrity and self-motivation
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and result-driven work
