Position Overview
Successful candidates will report directly to the Manager: Cabin Service. The role requires individuals with a strong commitment to passenger safety, exceptional customer service, and strict adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service to passengers, promoting a positive in-flight experience.
- Maintain the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Ensure administrative compliance in line with company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Valid and current SACAA Cabin Crew License (non-negotiable).
- Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate.
- Dangerous Goods, Ditching, and Fire Fighting Certificates.
- Valid South African driver’s license and own vehicle (non-negotiable).
- Level 4 English language proficiency.
- Medically fit and able to swim.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (including early morning or late evening hours).

- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Compassionate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and operational safety.
- Calm under pressure and able to manage stressful situations effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance in line with company grooming standards.
