About the Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is not just a job โ€“ it is a structured training journey that combines theoretical learning, hands-on practical training, and professional development. Successful candidates will be placed under a three-year in-service training contract with AFGRI and will gain valuable industry experience while working with top-tier equipment and expert technicians.

The programme is divided into different phases and includes a six-month probation period, during which the apprentice and AFGRI can assess long-term compatibility. If the relationship proves successful, a full training contract will be signed.
