Zimbabwe’s coronavirus cases yesterday rose to 314 after 27 people, all from South Africa tested positive. All the new cases are already in quarantine.
Of all the 10 provinces Harare tops the lists with 108 cases whilst Masvingo and Matebeleland South are still at par with 41 cases apiece and Bulawayo pegged at 19 cases. Matebeleland North and Mashonaland Central round of the list with 6 and 4 cases respectively.
The total number of recoveries remains unchanged at 46.
The number of active cases increased by 11.4% and now stands at 264.
A total of 54,535 people have now been tested to date, an increment of 867 more tests compared to yesterday’s 53,668.
