The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is offering an incredible opportunity for two passionate and driven graduates to join their Organisation Design and Change (HR) department as part of their Graduate In Training Programme.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelorβs Degree in Industrial Psychology or Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- No prior work experience required
- All applicants will undergo a formal selection process. Successful candidates will be placed accordingly within the Organisation Design and Change function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Organisation Design and Change team.
- Assist with job evaluation and grading processes.
- Help schedule job analysis and grading sessions, Job Profiling Committee meetings, and OD team meetings.
- Support the development of change management strategies and plans to improve internal HR processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in a large, national organisation that plays a critical role in South Africaβs public transport system.
