Rockville, July 2, 2024 – In a shocking and tragic incident, a Zimbabwean Bolt driver was fatally shot in Rockville last night after responding to a ride request. This marks another devastating blow to the local rideshare community and raises concerns about the safety of drivers.
The incident occurred around 10 PM when the driver, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, arrived at the requested location. According to eyewitnesses, an altercation ensued shortly after the passenger entered the vehicle. Moments later, gunshots were heard, and the driver was found slumped over the steering wheel.
